I recently bought a cpu and it broke, think there would be any way to post a paypal donation link to raise money for a new one seeing as how I can't afford to buy another?

Not sure because it's physically damaged. Newegg says on their site they don't accept RMAs on damaged items.

Not sure whether or not I want to disclose publicly :D (fear of newegg employees) Is it safe to PM it to you?

The problem is, being a student I really can't afford to spend the money AGAIN on the cpu if they won't replace it.

I'm sorry to hear it man, I know how it is (I am also a student). If you had a intel mb, I would offer to sell you my pd real cheap, but all I can say is pick up a credit card w/ a low limit for times like these.

Well, luckily I don't have to buy another CPU, I still have my old 4200+, kinda sucks though, I was going to get $80 for it from one of my friends. I appreciate the offer though.
