Few days ago I installed Fable again. It installed and started with no problem until I try to set the graphics. The game crash when I click apply and start crashing when I try to start it again (when it comes to the main menu). I try to reinstall and get the same problem. I decided to play the game on default settings and the game run fine, but when I try to run it the next day it crashed on the main menu again.
I googled for some solution but find nothing.
Help please?

Fable is a wierd game in that when you first open it, it uses the default settings for the main menu and initial loading screen. Only when you actually get into a game does it change to the settings you've picked in the options menu...
Have you checked for any patches for it? Haven't played Fable in absolutely ages - fantastic game mind

Oh, if i recall correctly Fable HATES dual graphics cards, someplace tried to use Fable as a benchmark but they couldn't get it working with SLI or Crossfire. Disable one of the cards and it'll work fine.
Don't worry about it though, you can run Fable like maxed out on a RADEON 9800xt (back in the day)

Run it with SLi disabled and see if it helps. Try reinstalling the game, and make sure all of your drivers are up to date.

Fable is a rather buggy game, running it in Vista makes it worse, and running it in Vista 64-bit is even worse. Games like Fable are reasons that I will always have a small XP partition.

Oh, i didn't see he was running x64...
In that case I would revert back to 32bit windows to play it with a single gfx card XD
