Recommend me a good game.

I need a good, fun game to play right now. I have an Xbox 360 and my well equipped PC. I don't really care about age, but I want something fun. I like shooters, RPG, Action RPG, online games. No mmo's or RTSes!!!

Current games that I have played.

PC:
Crysis, Bioshock, Oblivion, HL2, Company of Heroes, Stalker, Vampire Bloodlines, GTA San andreas, Fable, The Witcher.

Xbox:
Gears of war, Halo 3, Madden 07, Virtua tennis 3.

So recommend away.

Company of heroes opposing forces = fantastic multiplayer and single player game :)

I pre-ordered Assassin's Creed for PC. UK release is tomorrow, and I can't wait for my package to arrive with it :D
I downloaded the larger "full-sized" demo off this curious bunch of websites on the interblag.
Needless to say, I liked it enough to order it. Unlike TDU and NFS PS, but I may end up getting those soon enough.
It's a little repetitive, but it's certainly fun, and it's a rather nice bit of eye-candy actually. I do recommend playing the PC version, using an XBox 360 controller. The PC version has more types of missions to do to gather information on targets, but keyboard and mouse controls aren't the greatest.

RB6 Vegas 2 has interested me, along with CoD4. I just finished the RB6 Vegas storyline today, as I went off it for a while. A little short, but there are some missions I'm going to replay, as they were fun.

What's the Vampire game series like? I haven't played any of them yet. Same with Fable and Witcher (although I had my friend's copy of Witcher installed to try out, I had to reinstall Windows before I got a proper chance to play it).

I played "Star Wars: Republic Commando" on my friends PC a few months ago. It was an excellent game overall. Old, but still good.

Serious Sam: The First Encounter and Second Encounter. Get Serious Sam Gold as it comes with both games. I think it runs for like $5 or $10. WELL worth the investment, you will get a whole lot of enjoyment out of em.

Another series, Thief. One of the best games I've ever played. You can't go wrong with any one of em.

UT3 is fast paced with no downtime. Great for a quick kill or a lengthy battle. I'm gonna also push COD 4.

Have you tried a game w/ OOO and some third party quests? OOO can make the game more difficult, and some of the quests you can get also make the game more difficult. I just started a new OOO game w/ some quest and have been playing for a while and haven't progressed past lvl 1, and some guy keeps popping up and killing me. In truth it's a tad annoying, but at least there is more challenge there.

If you can wait about 28 days then fallout 3 is coming out, and also less than that fable 2 is coming out on the 21st in USa and 24th over in the uk. 2 games to watch if you like rpgs :D

Yea, sadly its only for 360. My first got the ring of death :banghead:, wasnt going to get another untill i saw the line up coming out the couple of next months. Now I don't think I could part with it :toast:
