How do get ingame admin on my dedicated server?

I hate having to minimize my game to kick someone or change the map on my dedicated server :banghead: how do I get ingame admin or give it to others on my Source Dedicated Server thing? Thanks :)

I have one up atm, its for TF2 if you want to play o0-gubu
