That's an LCD monitor. The 75Mhz refresh rate isn't doing you any good. The LCD still displays it at 60Hz. Just run at 60Hz, and be done with it.
i would have thought to get 75hz you'd be on a CRT but what CRT does 1440x900? imo none. so just stick to 60hz, your eye probably cant tell the difference between 75 and 60 anyway, and the gfx cards will have an easier time vsync-ing to 60hz as oppose to 75 anyway.

My crappy eyes cant see past 32fps exactly. No wonder people can see through walls with my glasses

The human eye can see more than that actually. ;)
The higher the Hz the easier it is on the eyes.:)
No joke. Thats the reason why its an option..... are you guys just joking or something???
I thought that was common knowledge.

High end LCD's offer higher Hz options. :)

that i did not know, i was under the impression most if not all LCD's were 59-60hz.
but really 75hz on an lcd would be nice!
personally if i want the best gameplay i use my old chunky 19" CRT that does 1600x1200 @ 75hz, thats some smooth crisp gameplay :D

My gaming rig's monitor does 2048x1536 at 75Hz. But many people have 2560x1600 :(.
yeah but i cant afford to fork out for a 30" monitor.... CRT's still make an excellent gaming screen, with the nice res and refresh rates you can get.

No. There aren't any LCDs on the market that do 75Hz native. There are no 19" 1440x900 LCDs that actually display more than 60Hz. You can select 75Hz on most of them, but it still displays 60Hz.
The LCDs that can do more than 60Hz, do 120Hz, and that's usually reserved for 1920 or above.

Yeah. Tri SLI scales terribly anyway. The third card is ~10%
