Soft-mod your card (if possible) with Omega drivers. Overclock more (better cooling, and bump voltage).

Im agree with Hex, I have a 9500np@9700 too, i couldnt go higher than 340 with stock sink.

After i replaced it with a P3 sink and a big fan (80mm) and with vmod i can go up to 405.

Memory is another story, even with vmem and sinks, i cant go up 300 (hynix 3,6ns).

so better cooling and vmod will help MUCH
