your best bet might be to ask jetway directly, they give bios downloads for their cards but their site dosen't have the X1950 bios.

What are the original clocks and what mem chips does it have?

the default clocks are core 574 memory 1200 it has HYNIX HY5RS123235FP-14 GDDR3 (700mhz- 1400mhz DDR) but strangely JETWAY make them work at 1200Mhz first time i buy it,now even if i downclock another bios to 1200mhz it wont work, the memory timings are wrong
