Preferably from the UK to keep shipping costs down, but if the price is right US is fine, and preferably Powercolor...

Did you find a 3870 yet? I've got a nice MSI 3870 OC card that's a month old, with a Coolink GFXchilla cooler installed with MX-2. I'm selling it for $190 shipped in the US, and would ship it to you for $205. The cooler goes for $40 by itself, and if you ever had a problem with it, I'd RMA it for you. :D
