Need Shocks

I need shocks like for a tool box lid but i need them to be about 3-5 inchs when fully long so i can make a front door open different

ok...i think i got it.....he has a front panel for his computer case and he whants shocks for it.....hes looking for small shocks like on a rc car only hydrolic and these shocks also come on tool boxes....when fully extended the shocks can only be 3 inches or they wont fit...ok howd i do:p

Go to a store like Home Depot or Lowes (any hardware store)

Or go to an RC shop and buy a remote controlled digging-truck (or something like that, you know, the things with the big ass shovels on the front).

A hobby shop would be good, didnt think of that. Look at a hobby shop first, they have a lot of that small mechanical stuff.
