Kane's Wrath Online Problems.

Hey, I'm a C&C Junkie and so are my friends. We all bought Kane's wrath so we could play each other online and one of my friends is having alot of issues with "Game out of sync" it only happens when he's playing and I was wondering if anybody else has the same problem and what they might have done to fix it.
Before questions, yes we all really did BUY the game and we bought C&C3 too.
Here are his system specs, if that helps any.
MSI K9 Diamond SLI
AMD Athlon 6400+ Black
4GB (4x1GB) Crucial Ballistix DDRII-800 4-4-4-12
MSI Geforce 8800GT 512MB DDR3

I play and fairly often. This has been happening since the games release. Notice how your rank/stats do not appear? There are several bugs that need to be worked out or this game is going to die...half as many people play now compared to its release.

I have had desynchs happen in less then 40 seconds!! Its hit or miss no one from what I have read has been able to figure out exactly why it crashes. Some say its Rockets being shot at air units...others say its selling off a building during a big fight.

There is another way this can happen and that is if your friend is using a trainer of any kind.
