CoD 4 CD Key?

Anyone knows where to buy the CoD 4 CD keys online? I dont want the CD just the Key to play Online.

Steam allows you to buy the game. Other download programs should.

With Steam you could install it from your existing CD, then copy the directory into the Steamapps folder, and just do a recheck, it SHOULD work...
