COD 4 - iw3mp.exe help!

ive recently tried to boot into multiplayer on call of duty 4, but been greeted with this error: iw3mp.exe. i have googled the problem ,heard it was something to do with HD audio drivers. so i uninstalled them like most posts said, but still, no success! :banghead:

anyone else have / had the same problem and know a fix? it would be greatly appreciated!

well yes. after uninstalling it, vista auto re installed it, so im guessing it was the latest?

im currently re-installing the game. last resort really. ill phone in the verdic in about 10 minutes.

if you have a mic headset plug the mic in and you wont get that error
