Last time I used modded drivers they were more of a problem then anything.. I say just stick to stock drivers and overclock.

You can try the X-treme G catalyst, they keep better up to date than Omega has. I've noticed slight performance increases with them.

I'm using the Xtreme G drivers at www.tweakforce.com due to issues with the official nvidia drivers (kept getting a pure pink/purple screen randomly). Although they don't offer any performance increase, they do have a better image quality.
