hi, i wnat to know how set the fan speed of the ati stock cooler

I search a permanent mod (no ati tool or riva turner)
for example a bios mod or other

Can only recommend ATi tool, set it to load at profile in atitool windows setup, so it sets the speed, and then tell it to instantly close. does me fine for my overclocking :D
