I need a good and simple registry cleaner does anyone recommend one.

Also I use o&o defragger has anyone had any hassle's with this program

CCleaner is probably one of the best ones out there to use. Goes straight into your recycle bin and can do wonders if you set it up right.

as for defragger... just the xp stuff

Eusing free registry cleaner

It automatically backups your registry so feel free to clean up your registry.

+1 for ccleaner.. also theres registry mechanic if you want to fix things in your registry.
