Windows vista x64 computer icon always changing

Is there any way i can lock the icon in computer on vista x64, i never had this problem befor in 32bit vista, my icons keep changing view's and grouping and it piss me off lol, i set it on (view-tiles) and (group by-type) :confused: any help thanks

In the Windows Explorer list or desktop?

Mne does this if i dont shut down my computer correctly if you do it saves the settings or at least mine does that
