View Full Version : Idle temps higher after finding max core?

2 Days I used Ati Tool to find the max core and max mem. Now I see that my idle temps are 3 to 4 degrees higher than before. I am wondering if I should reapply AS5 to the GPU and remount the Zalman cooler? Has anyone else done this test and had their temps raise on them? Game temps seem to be the same so I am confused why the idle temps would go higher now.

Damn you're smart! :respect: I never gave it a thought but yes the weather temps have been in the high 70's the last few days. Saturday it is predicted to be cooler I will see how the temps do then.
