The G-skill is rated at DDR600 pc4800, 3-4-4-8, not sure if it will do ddr500, If your motherboard is picky about ram, or if you don't know that it can work with the G-Skill F13200U-1GBLA, I can't recommend trying, cause I can't do refunds for these.
A side note about the G-Skill sticks:
I just PM'd another member about these, they are like the proverbial needle in the haystack. Hard to get; they work well for overclocking those older socket a's n pentiums, but only if you know your board works well with either part.
Our nforce2 boards don't like them at anything but stock settings at pc3200, my nf7 board is particular about ram, the G-Skill sticks work in it at stock CPU FSB MHZ with asyncronous FSB, DDR400, but won't overclock past 175 fsb at very relaxed 3-5-5-11 synced FSB, My board doesn't like to OC at anything lower than those timings for some reason, probly cause I don't OC with "out of spec" voltages. I got some Crucial value select ram in it now and it's running just as slow as it ever did, so these are both overkill for our picky systems.
[edit] saw your edit; the hynix is rated pc3200/ddr400 2.5-3-3-3, they work at those settings, and are supposed to overclock good but we can't test them at pc500, cause our Nforce2 boards don't like them at anything but stock settings. The shuttle Nforce2 didn't like them even slightly over 166fsb 1:1 at cas3, but they work at cas 2.5 fsb 200 async?

Some more info; I'm not sure what the Tras rating is on the hynix, part number is PC3200U-25330, HYMD232646A8R-D43
Some BBS's mention it being rated at 2.5-3-3-3, so that is where that number comes from, but you will probly need to run them at 2.5-3-3-5, or 2.5-3-3-7, to 2.5-3-3-11 depending on what your motherboard likes at different fsb's.. My brother said his shuttle nforce 2 board maxed out with G-Skill at 230x11 at 2.5-2-2-5, and hynix at 227x11 at 2.5-3-3-7 and current corsair at 232x11 2.5-3-3-7 with CPU on H2o. Probly could go higher on the FSB with laxed timings and switching the fsb in windows rather than through the bios, but he's got a E6xxx now and doesn't need to fool around with the 2500+ system, so he don't mind selling em..
