Well guys I got vista from wfp from microsoft and I want to do dual boot with XP Home and Vista 64. Well basicly I already know how to do that but I was wondering how I can put 32bit games when I install them with vista but on a diffrent drive. To clear things up basicly I have have two 160gb hardrives each harddrive has 2 80gb parttions. On one HD I have only my OP systems installed and on the other I have my games installed. But with Vista 64 when you install 32bit applications you have to put them in the x86 folder. The only problem is that folder is on the OP system hard drive when I want it on the other drive. Any one know a solution to my problem. Also can I raid my drives to 320gb and do dual boot?

Doesn't matter to be honest.
I have all my games installed to C:\Games, same as I did when I used x86. You don't have to put them in the Program Files (x86) folder. If I can avoid it I don't as a lot of programs don't recognise ( ) as valid characters for path names.
When it boots it just runs the SYSWow emulator invisibly underneath the program, so you shouldn't have any issues at all.
I say shouldn't, but I've never tested it.

No you don't have to put them in an x86 folder. You can install them anywhere you feel like, the game's/app's installer should ask you what location where you want to install it.

Try it and see. I personally don't think you'd have any issues, but you don't know until you try.

no probs with Vista to install/play games on a different drive/HD - tested with Crysis and UT3.
i have all my games at drive G (HD3).
so i have access from XP (HD1) and from Vista (HD2).
some games -installed under XP- running fine with Vista without re-install.
for example : Doom3, Call Of Duty 4, Max Payne 2
