Save for a few. Futurama, Family Guy, Robot Chicken, Harvey Birdman Attorney At Law, just to name a few come to mind. But then again, those arent "cartoons".
And while I type this, Futurama's opening just started.
Cartoons then were cartoons. Not this stupid bullshit you see now.
I want to see Bugs Bunny, Daffy, Taz, Mario Bros., Flinstones, etc back.

They're Pinky and The Brain
Yes, Pinky and The Brain
One is a genius
The other's insane.
They're laboratory mice
Their genes have been spliced
They're dinky
They're Pinky and The Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain
Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain
Brain.
Before each night is done
Their plan will be unfurled
By the dawning of the sun
They'll take over the world.
They're Pinky and The Brain
Yes, Pinky and The Brain
Their twilight campaign
Is easy to explain.
To prove their mousey worth
They'll overthrow the Earth
They're dinky
They're Pinky and The Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain
Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain
Narf!

Yes :wtf: I actually liked that I think.. I half agree that most new anime is crap. Some REALLY good ones have came out in the past 8 years. Elfen Lied, Death Note to name a few.

Well now your going pretty old school (and not even cartoon at that). Well I'll rattle off my memories for you Old Farts Club alumni:
Smurfs
Thundercats
He-man/She-ra
Speed buggy
Scooby Doo - the originals
Laugh-a-lympics
Super Globetrotters
Gilligans Planet
Superfriends - the original
Space Ghost
G.I. Joe
Mask
Go-bots
Transformers (G1)
Voltron I & III (there was a II but dont recall seeing it this side of the Pacific)
Robotech
Force Five
Battle of the Planets
Starblazers
Great Space Coaster
Doctor Snuggles
Barba Poppa (clickity click ;))
Readalong
Hammy Hamster (not Cartoon though)
Electric Company (again not cartoon)
Plus lots more that I cant think of at the moment. Every generation thinks the next ones' cartoons (and culture for that matter) is worse than theirs was. Just a matter of perspective I guess.
