OK, i was looking on Windows Defender at its startup Programs list and i found Data Doctor Keylogger on the list , is that supposed to be on my comp , and if not how can i remove it?
Most likely not. I hope you didn't enter any credit card information or anything. I would boot into safe mode, then delete it.

Doesn't Windows Defender tell you the directory of the file? You'll most likely have to go to control panel - folder options and check show hidden files and uncheck hide protected files to be able to see it

This is where it is C:\WINDOWS\system32\0011, do you have that file, C:\WINDOWS\system32\0011\msdtsf is what window defender said. So do you have those files? Its in also the Registry

I'd recomoend just installing SpyBot or Ad-Aware and see if they will remove it; they will also pick up the stuff Defender misses, which is quite a bit, I assure you. But by all mean, leave Defender on, because it provides some realtime protection that the other cannot.

It has probably sent everything it has collected onto the internet, so if you've recently typed passwords/important numbers (PINs, Credit card numbers, etc) then you should change them ASAP.
