9800pro bios problem

I recently bought a 9800pro and when i booted up i found it has 4 sets of vertical lines so i flashed the bios and nothing has changed i suspect it has been a flashed card when i bought it and obviosly a bad bios ive tryed varios different bioses but still the same some better than others is there anyway i can find out the exact model of the card as it might not even be a pro it looks like 1 but i dont know i hope someone can help me out.
