I'd make major changes to that room if that was my house... :D
Technically I'd do away with nearly all the stuff except the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, gym and ballroom (which is nice to impress), do away with like 20 stories and spend the money on something like this (http://gizmodo.com/gadgets/home-entertainment/sharp-rolls-out-gigantic-108inch-lcd-226761.php) with a matching monster rig to power it up... for... Crysis... :D
