yeah me! they are a scam to get you to buy the memory. the memory is good, but their MIR's are a ripoff they say that they never recieved the rebate and now it's to late.

I live on ontario and bought 2 2*1gb sticks at separate times and always got my $35 mail-in rebate. Although it takes them many moons to do it :P

I bought two sets of that ram from newegg when they had rebates. It took about 14 weeks (8 weeks estimate my ass), but it all happened.

Just be sure to make a photocopy of all the information before you send it so you have a record. Take your time filling it out to make sure everything is perfect. Double and triple check that you're filling out the correct form by checking the dates on it. You have 20 days after the purchase to send the information.

I got my rebate from a Christmas purchase. USA, though. If you have problems, I think an OCZ rep can be easily contacted through Hardforum. Pretty sure some people there had rebate problems and he took care of it.
