Hmmm, OpenOffice is FINALLY beginning to get interesting:
1./ VBA Support (although they need to improve on this "limited" and not comprehensive functionality)
2./ Chart Enhancements (although they should take a look at something like http://www.fusioncharts.com/Gallery.asp?gMenuItemId=3 or http://www.globfx.com/products/swfchart/gallery/for SIMPLE, yet better than OO and MSO). Note that we DONT need animated charts like some of the linked examples, JUST the better quality graphics
3./ Mac OS X Support
4./ Wiki Publisher Extension
5./ PDF Import Extension

Might have to give this a go when it is officially released. So far nothing's been able to take the place of Office 2003... Office 2007 changed too many things, and even though students can buy the entire ultimate package for 60 bucks, I still don't see it worth it.

Writer hangs up everytime i select Save As... :shadedshu
But great it's now supporting Office 2007 files ( :slap: to MS for changing file extensions ).
