I think that's an extremely well presented sale
it's just a simple volt mod you can find on XS but I will say it's very cleanly done
those stock clocks are my max clocks stock voltages

I've been chatting with the guy who's selling this volt modded 9800GTX. He visits tpu often, and plans to join. He's told me that he is working on a invention to make volt modding easier. From a message he just sent me:

It will also be very affordable, shipping very inexpensive, and will no longer require existing card owners to have to hire me for private mod as shipping both ways is very expensive and there is a lot of downimte.
