I Was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of this motherboard and overclocking it?
the manual does not give good instruction, you can look at my system specs and see if you can help me out in any way as far if something needs to be upgraded or not.

There are plenty of tutorials over here, just look bro mostly the tuts here are easy to follow, if your bios has the options for HTT, FSB, Volts etc.
