Help With ATITool!

hey, cheers for taking a look.

well, i have finished overclocking my processor, and with my accelero S1 arriving soon for my GT, i thought id make a bit of a start on overclocking it. However, i have a problem. I know ATITool's meant to be great for overclocking cards, and i know i have ASUS smartdoctor but i really want to be able to use ATITool for the artifact scanning. Anywho heres the error i get:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

In Vista 32 bit I had beta 4 working perfectly fine, then I switched to Vista 64 bit and ATI Tool didn't work so had to use Rivatuner to change the clock settings.
