Is there a particular reason why you ask for either or on such a comparison? Anything out of the norm of water cooling? The only difference is one set of tubing comes in different colors while the other doesn't. Are you attempting some sort of color theme for your case?

I would go with tygon (http://www.petrastechshop.com/1id3odtyr.html) tubing with it all... Its been used all around tpu, and its going to be the tubing that I use when I do finally go water cooling... Want to get done upgrading the system for a while...

Primoflex is INFINITELY more flexible because it's silicone based.

(...and it comes in UV reactive colors!)

Primoflex is the worst choice. It leechs plasticizer like an old Ho Vag. Tygon is overpriced. MasterKleer is a good firm tubing that doesn't fog or leech or attract dye.

...well, there it 'tis!

Anyone remember "Amadeus"?

I did have quite a bit of white material build up on the iside of my tubing, I (incorrectly) assumed I hadn't rinsed my rad out properly. Good to have some educated perspective on these choices.

I used to think it was some sort of slag from my dye or Primochill fluid. Then I switched tubing and the slag stopped forming. I also found some threads on this plasticizer leech on different forums...it's something that is used in the manufacturing process...not sure how or why but it gets drawn out. Soft tubing like ClearFlex and PrimoFlex seem to be really bad about leeching...MasterKleer is hard but still pliable enough that it won't crack over time and it does not fog like some PV ester tubing. Tygon is awesome...just really high.
