i have abit nf-m2s , amd 6000+ ,gigabyte 8800gt , 2g ram /800
so i can increase the fsb over 207 why and also my card when i increase it a bit it will be not stability my card based on gpu 700 , memory 920 , shader 1790 i think ,i just increase it to 800 , 1020 , 1900
your PC is over great..
with x2 6000+, ga 8800GT,2GB memory..
but there's a part which can be bottleneck your PC, that's your nf-m2s..
nf-m2s can increase your fsb up to 300Mhz,NOT MORE!!
exchange your nf-m2s with the supportest motherboard..
if you still want to run your nf-m2s, plis set the HT SPEED to 4x..
thx

Not sure if I got that well but you mean with fsb over 207 your graphics card loses stability?
If yes, make sure you're locking the pci-e clock to 100, in the bios.

Maintain an reasonable OC for the card for now; 700/1750/950(1900) : Geometry/Shader/memory. For 700 MHz core, use a 1750 MHz shader clock (stable). Keep a close eye on the temperatures, increase the fan speed accordingly. When not gaming (idle), the core could stay below 65 °C.
As for the system OC, I don't find anything wrong with the motherboard except that it lacks sufficient power-phases for overclocking a 125W CPU. FSB 210 should do good, if it fails, use the highest possible, 207 in your case.

below 65 °C. it is good cuz i made some cool think to keep it under 50 °C , so with overclock this is be fine
