New to the forums. I tried searching but I can't get much back on downloading the AMD Overdrive fix for the 7-series. Everytime I go to the page to download from Mirror 1 it says Page Cannot be displayed. I am trying to get Overdrive to work, but I keep getting the "No AMD 7-Series CPU Detected" error. Any help getting that engine.zip file would be appreciated. Like I said, mirror 1 isn't working for me, and is the only mirrior it lists to download from.

Thanks, but that is the link I was refering to. When I click on techPowerUp! #1 (USA) to download from I get "Page cannot be displayed". Other mirriors work when I download the Overdrive software itself, but that particular mirrior does not seem to work for me.

Hmm, I wonder if that was the one I downloaded. Mine autodetects my mobo and cpu fine. Its a nice utility, but I prefer bios tweaking :D

Sorry about that themax. Now that it's out there that the link doesn't work, hopefully it will get fixed.

Thanks alot. I wasn't sure if it was just me, or maybe if because the download is a few months old.

Where is a supermod when you need one!? lol.. Welcome to the forums, and Any time a link doesn't work, just get ahold of a supermod and they should be able to fix it. I believe in Erocker as one.. but no color change yet!
Edit: here is the link to Overdrive (http://downloads.guru3d.com/AMD-Overdrive-2.0.17_d1893.html) threw Guru3d. If TPU doesn't have it, Guru3d would

Tried installing, still the same error when I run it. Thanks for the help, and for the welcome to the forums
:)
Is there something I am possibly doing wrong? I have a 9500 Phenom that a friend told me Overdrive could be used to bypass the erratta fix for.

Erocker can help you more on that.. No Phenom system yet... but, fill out system specs if you can and we can help you with any questions that you'll need now and in the future

how is your ram set up? it could be corrupted ram speeds... anything else doesn't want to install for you?

Everything else installs fine. Just can't get that AMD Overdrive to work. I have the Pheonix BIOS 6.00PG, but I can't change anything inside of it for the processor. If the AMD won't work is there any other way I can change the Processor to disable the errata fix?
