The second fan connector on the 2900XT

Has anyone here tested it see if it's actually connected and safe to use ?. Another thought what are those switches on it too ?( Pal NTSC maybe ? )..

Cool that be handy if i end up doing back to the UK :). Anyone have a test meter and a 2900 see if there's a voltage lol.

Look just below were the fan plugs in you will see 4 solder places and a white box around them.
