i want to get new mobo asus m3a32-mvp deluxe with 4 pci-e http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010200022+1070930149+1494436126&name=4
so i see with 2 pci-e or tripple pci-e give me 16x , now for example if i take 2 hd 2900 and 1 hd 3870 or 2 hd 3850 and 1 hd 3870 or 2 hd 3870 and 1 hd 4850 , so all of them work perfect with 16x

No. 1: You cannot mix and match from different series like a 2900 with a 3870, but you can mix and match within the same series like a 3870 and a 3850. 2: The way the pci-e slots work is with two video cards, each in the blue slots, they operate @ x16, with three cards, two in the blue slots and one in a black slot, The top blue will work @ x16 while the bottom blue and the black slot will work @ x8. With four cards all of the pci-e slots work @ x8.

The board uses two x16 lanes and two x8 lanes. Just go for two 4870's.:)

i think it is written (4 x PCIe x16 with ATI CrossFireX support, @ dual x16; tripple x16 / x8 / x8; or quad x8 modes ) so what is mean

With one card: x16
two cards: x16 + x16
three cards: x16 + x8 + x8
four cards: haven't tried it yet, but I'm thinking: x8 + x8 + x8 + x8
