I find it noisy actually- annoyingly so. I bought one to replace my CoolerMaster, but stuck with the latter because it was virtually silent next to this thing chugging away. And no, I'm not a stupid troll, angry at a dying fan, I advised it to a mate as a budget buy and he too was pretty peeved at the noise levels.

replace the fan. Swap it with a nexus or yate loon 120mm locked at 10v, and they're dead silent. They actually have a yate loon inside them, but many of the models have a faulty fan controller that locked it at 10v all the time, and somehow causes a clicking/rattle in the fans (its all the controllers fault, if you power the fan externally you have no issues)
