Check this out, im going to get an RMA for my HIS HD 3850 256mb from HIS.com and i found this statement in there "Tech-support" service center.
"When you purchase a HIS product and we wish to provide you with adequate support so you can enjoy our products."

I guess "excellent" was a word to extreme for them, or maybe there just being modest.
