no these are open box. might be refurbished or returns with missing bundle items or returns with nothing wrong with them? either way these are going to sell fast besides newegg has a 30 day return policy.

PS, both 150 and 160 models are now out of stock :p

actually they are not refurbished. an open box product only guarantees you the unit (OEM) and not the bundle the reason it is open box is because there is a chance it could be defective or a simple return. policy is actually 15 days.
