I have an ASUS Striker Extreme 680i MB available for $135 shipped (USA). It is a factory warranty swap and appears to be a refurbished product. It is still covered under ASUS' warranty for about another year or so. Original retail box and accessories are included except for a couple of SATA cables. That means you also get Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter full version game and 3DMark 06 advanced version with full software code.
For another $50 I can throw in a starter LGA775 CPU w/HSF and DDR2 RAM chip. They aren't high on the performance scale but will at least get you a bootable system if you are upgrading from an older platform or don't want to go too deep moneywise on a new build. The processor is a Pentium 4 630 3.00GHZ and the RAM is a single 1GB stick of Kingston 667MHZ. I use these for back-up componants so I really don't need to sell them, but they are available if you have a need for them.
So, $135 for board only or $185 for board/CPU/RAM. Shipping to CONUS included. If you want express or global shipping then I can work with you. Paypal is preferred (required if non-US).
