Mozilla announced Firefox 3 Release Candidate 3 on Wednesday, June 11, 2008. The third Firefox 3 Release Candidate contains a single change for Mac OS X users only; there is no change for users running previous Firefox Release Candidate versions on Windows or Linux. You can find out more about the new Features of Firefox 3 in the “What’s New (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/3.0rc3/releasenotes/#whatsnew)” section of the release notes. For any one who wishes to download the web browser in any of the 45 different languages on hand, please click here (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-rc.html).

Well I just got it and its really nice, and I like this new version of FireFox. But is this suppose to happen? Did this happen to anyone else?

yeah i'm rather impressed. been using it for a while, and its simple and has no problems - only one website that didnt work for me, and i've reported that to mozilla.

For the people that waiting for an updated version for their addon:
1. Open the .XPI file with winrar
2. Edit Install.rdf with Notepad++ or another texteditor
3. Change the value em:maxVersion value to 3.0.*

Did this with Omploader, Greasemonkey and a lot of other cool addons that haven't been updated in a long while.

It's great that the new firefox is finally arriving in four days. :) Been using ff for two or three years now and been very satisfied with it.
