ATI Tray Tools in Vista 64 bit

I'm trying to run this in Vista 64 but it won't do to a low level driver issue.
I have found a work around on the net, but don't understand what its saying to do to make it work.

Anyone using this util. in 64 Vista that could help me out?

Its virus free as I D/L'd is and scanned. Just follow the Readme and it'll work. I'm back to ATT! :rockout:
