Looking at good deals on PSU's and wanna know which would be better in the long run, along with cable management opportunity and expansion: the Corsair 1000Watt, or the PC Power and Cooling 750? PCP&C- 1x 60amp 12v rail, Corsair- 2x 40amp 12v rails with cable management and cooling looking wires :)

The corsair is Modular and they are made by the same OEM(Seasonic).

I would say the PC Power is OK (not their best) but the Corsair 1000 is top of the line.(easy choice)
I use the PC Power & Cooling 510 (awesome PS) but the 750 is not as well built.

I really like the Corsair because of it being modular, but after comparing the 2, I hear the PC P&C matches most 1KW ps's. But I still like the corsair and budget I'm not worried about. Awesome credit, and money in the bank. I have a $2K charge limit with Newegg.. :D I'm looking at a phenon quad and 4870X2 soon so.. :D
EDIT: Also, the PC Power and Cooling is only $129 with free shipping on the egg, I have a promo code :) But I'd rather have the Corsair.. even thought its like $280. If anyone if looking for a PSU, and wants to grab the PC P&C 750, lemme know, I'll give you the code for $129 and free shipping :)

(remember you get what you pay for, my 400 watt PS cost more than the 750)

All PC Power & Cooling PSU's come with a test report that give you its maximum wattage output. I know fit's 750W pushed 820ishW and his 860W pushed like 980W
It boils down to this. Do you care about cable management? If yes, then get the Corsair. The PCP&P PSUs come with a LOT of wires to hide.

Yeah cable management and good airflow are a high priority to me.. So I'm guessing go with the Corsair..

You won't regret it. I've heard some good things about it, and Corsair's other offerings have been stellar.

there are other very good PSs that are modular (cheaper too). Really depends on the hardware and use of the comp
and like ShadowFold mentioned whats ur budget?

Corsairs are awesome. Remember the 650W deal you found for me DD? I cant complain as its rock solid and very little deviations. PC P&C is like top of the line and Corsair is right up there with them. I dont know them to be made by seasonic like corsairs is though.
