matching printer with screen

i dont know if anyone will be able to help me as im not sure there is software out there!

what i need is somthing that will match my girlfriends screen with her monitor as she is booked up for a lot of weddings as shes a photographer and she edits photos at work but she wants to do some at home aswell, at her work they still use crt as the quality is better and they have a manual way to check the screen to printer. is there any software out there that can match a screen like mine to a high res printer?

sorry about my english but its not everyones first language....

i know what she uses at work its a spyder2 pro which is like a scanner which costs £150 just seeing if there is any other way to do change the settings on the screen rather then buy one.

so if somebody isnt very good at english they should still be able to be good at grammer and constructing sentences. i find that very narrow minded.
