I have been given a PC witch hasn't a graphics card what os the best one for my pc.I'm well into gaming(Medieval war ect) So kneead a deasnt one
PC has Intel Pen D 925 Dual Coar 6.0 GHZ cache
2048 MB DDR2 667 Branded Memory
250 GB Cache Sata H/Drive
20x Lightscribe Dual layer DVDRW drive
Asrock Conroe 1333-D667 Motherboard
Network card
6 usb's
Using Vista Home Prem
Any help would be apresiated:confused:

all depends on your budget mate,also check your m/b to see what slot you have , i.e AGP PCI express... If its the later an 8800 Gt would be a good choice...

If it's an AGP slot, the Radeon 3850 (AGP) is the best card for that, or if it is a newer PCI Express x16 slot the new Radeon 4850 seems to be one nice card for a low price.

If your running Vista I'll advice you have a total of 4 GB of ram. (so effectively you need another 2 GB 667 Mhz)

My opinion would be that something at HD3850-9600GT level would EASILY run medieval war games for a reasonably long time, as well as that it, they can run all other games, currently anyway.
But, if you want to go a bit cheaper, you can get 7600GT's on eBay for cheap, or even consider an 8600GT as they are even cheap new.
