I own this motherboard and i would like to know if i can fit either a ATI 4850 or Nvidia GTX280 ?

Im not sure if my motherboard only limits me to Nvidia cards?

you can install either one, its not limited to any. no booards are but obv you cant crossfire on a sli board and vice versa.
