Asus 8800GT + tv

Hello,

First of all sorry for my bad english. but here we go.

I got the next problem with me 8800GT en TV.. i cant get anything on the screen. Connected with S-video

My Samsung206 bw is working fine.. even the mouse curses moves to the next screen, but my tv stays blue.

1. i reinstalled drivers
2. Checkked cable
3. Going thru all the settings
4. Checkked TV

i am getting nothing... my old card 8800GTS form XFX had no problem at all/ i had to plug it in/ install and done.

Can someone help me out?

maybe try a lowere resolution when u switch over. is ur tv a old CRT or a new TFT?

Is it possible that you have to change between NTSC and PAL? That would do it.

can only change from pal-b and pal-g

Ah. Don't know what country you are from but I assume that you are in a country that uses PAL. Is the output to the TV 50hz?

i am from the netherlands... output tv is 60HZ

It's a well known issue that nvidia have chosen to ignore. I can't get my TV out to work for shit either. If you search their forums they might have found a fix, but I doubt it.
