how do you unrar a rar file??

this might be a stupid question but when i downloaded a torrent in the install guide it said
1. Unrar. :confused:
2. Burn or mount the image.
3. Install.
4. unrar the crack files from the"rld-htgf" rar. archive and use that crack its better installe to your :confused:
installation directory.
5. Play the game
