My OCZ ram was running stable at 212mhz at its default 2-3-2-5-1T but when i keep the same divider and crank my procesor up to 3.0ghz and make my ram run at 227mhz my system restarts when under heavy usage (100 bot matches on BF2 for example). Increasing the divider and stepping my ram down to 133mhz fixes the problems while keeping the same divder and increasing timings only prolongs the restarts and crashes to desktop.
My ASRock motherboard only allows "normal" and "high" voltage settings, normal i believe being 2.6 and high being 2.7. I was thinking about getting the OCZ RAM booster because i think that the RAM might just not be getting enough voltage, but i'm worried that it might just be that this ram is maxed out.. which i think would be pretty sad considering how much they cost. I was just wondering if anyone else that has this RAM or something very close to it can let me know what their max stable RAM speeds are and what voltages theyre running at, along with maybe the timings. thanks :rockout:

I have that exact pair of ram ;)

Here's what I have from CPU-Z;

General ->
Type: DDR-SDRAM
Channels #: Dual
Size: 2048

Timings ->
Frequency: 200.9Mhz
FSB : DRAM: CPU/13
CAS# Latency: 2.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay: 3 clocks
Cycle Time (Tras): 5 clocks
Bank Cycle Time (Trc): 12 clocks
DRAM Idle Timer: 16 clocks

As for my memory voltage it is currently on 2.70V and the setting for my RAM 1T/2T is on 2T... If I switched that to 1T would I knowtice a difference? If so by how much and what are it's benefits?

I am using OCZ 3200 mhz Ram I have 2 X 256 mb sticks running in dual channel mode
my mobo is the abit ICG-7 2.8C with the i875 canterwood chipset. here are the current default timings as read by systool,
tCL 2.5
tRCD 3 clocks
tRP 3 clocks
tRASmin 7 clocks
tRASmax 70us
RMS 7.8 usec

Can u pls. suggest a tweak for this config that will help to make the memory faster but still rock solid stable as it is now?

I do like to overclock the cpu up to 3.0 ghz also, and I do this only when everything is running smooth and I am not installing any new software. I keep the agp/pci fixed at standard ratio.
