Planning on getting all of this next week.
MoBo--- ASUS Rampage Formula
CPU---- Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 45nm
RAM---- MUSHKIN 4GB 2x2gb Model 996580
PSU---- ZALMAN ZM850-HP 850 watt
GPU---- ASUS HD 4850
HDD---- Western Digital 750gb WD7500AAKS
Case--- CoolerMaster Cosmos 1000
How dose this look?

you don't need a 850 watt PSU. 600 would be more than enough even if you crossfire in the future.

I don't know those cards eat a lot of juice. 600w would probably be enough, but considering the quickly increasing power requirements of gpu's, I'd say 800w minimum for a rig like that to keep it running longer.

There are no problems with the Rampage and 45nm cpus are there?

Not that any one has talked about around these parts, the only thing you might run into is needing to flash the BIOS on the board to a newer one to support the 45nm CPU.

I don't know why but if your going to spend all that money why not go for a 4870? its not that much more than the 4850 - about £50

If your goin to use it for gaming get a E8400 or E8500 you don't need a qaud for gaming

I can get a 4850 for $165 but a 4870 would cost me $309 that is almost a $150 difference.

I am going to be using this for everything, plus games will probably use more cores in the future.
