I have an extra power supply for it, the one in my system spec(I got a new one I just forgot to change it XD) everything else like monitor, speakers, k&m, and OS is owned, he doesn't have a budget, he just wants it as cheap as possible,(and yeah I told him he wont use 4gigs but he wants it anyway XD)

Yeah, he doesn't have the cordination to game, he will be doing like photoshop and music things, maybe some video so this seemed alright
