what will happen or is it advicable to OC this VC?

Its already a really low performing card so OCing wouldn't really get you better frames.

Shadow is right, the FX platform is well... crap. Your best bet would be to get on ebay or the FS section here and find something cheap and better.
However if you want to overclock it just for fun you can use rivatuner, it's in the download section of this website. I'm also sure you can find all kinds of mods for it.
