New Build/No Power

New GiG X48T won't power up.

Disconnected all except for CPU w/ cooler, ATX 12V and Main ATX power inputs.

Shouldn't I see at least the PWR ON LED light up?

Removed MB from case and have tried 2 Power Supplies.

Looking Grim. Ideas anyone?
